At ByteGuns, we ship worldwide from our U.S. workshop. All kits are packed with care and shipped as soon as they’re ready.
📦 Processing Times

All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

During product launches or restocks, processing may take longer — we’ll keep you updated.
🌎 Domestic & International Shipping

We ship globally. You’ll see available shipping options and rates at checkout.

All shipments include tracking. Once your package leaves our hands, tracking updates are managed by the carrier.
Important: International customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, or import duties in their country. We cannot alter customs forms or mark packages as gifts.

We use trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, and DHL depending on your location and selected method at checkout.
🚚 Delivery Estimates

U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment.

International orders can take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
We do not guarantee delivery dates, especially during holidays or postal delays.
🛑 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item is marked as delivered but not received, or it arrives damaged:

Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Email us at our contact page with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll help you get it sorted.

We got you. If anything’s missing from your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery — we’ll send replacements at no charge.
