At ByteGuns, we care about your experience. While our model kits are made-to-order and all sales are final, we're always here to help if something goes wrong.
🔙 Returns
Because each kit is carefully made and packaged, we don’t accept general returns (like changing your mind or assembling it incorrectly). That said — if there’s a problem, we’re not going to leave you hanging.
If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or clearly defective, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it at our contact page. We’ll work with you to make it right — whether that’s a replacement part or another solution.
🛠️ Replacements
Missing a part? Something arrived broken? No worries — just email us a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll send out free replacement parts whenever possible. In rare cases, we may ask you to return the product for a better look.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:

Orders canceled before they ship

Packages lost or damaged during transit, with clear proof
If your refund is approved, we’ll return the funds to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
📦 Shipping Costs
Shipping charges aren’t refundable, and return shipping (if needed) is your responsibility — unless we made an error.
